A gold straw-yellow in appearance, which delivers a stunning array of complex, emphatic aromas. It shows superb structure, with exemplary balance between alcohol and crisp acidity, and finishes with a rising crescendo of lingering flavors. If this wine came form the Loire valley of France, it most certainly would cost double the price.
